1.Material and structure of single aluminum plate curtain wall
The single aluminum plate curtain wall adopts a high-strength
aluminum alloy sheet of good quality and its normally used thickness
is 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0mm, the model 2003, the state H24. Maximum
size of conventional material is 1220m×2440mm. Its structure
is mainly composed of faceplate, reinforcing-bar and corner
fixture. The corner fixture can be directly bended via the faceplate
and stamped to the molding, and also riveting the corner fixture
on the folded side of faceplate for the molding. The reinforcing-bar
is coupled with the electric welded screw behind the face plate
to make it become a strong whole, strengthening greatly the
rigidity and strength of single aluminum plate curtain wall,
guaranteeing the flatness and anti-wind and aseismatic ability
in the employment for a long period. The soundproof and heat
retaining material of high efficiency can be installed at inner
side of the aluminum plate in case of acoustic insulation and
heat preservation needed. 2.Surface
treatment of the single aluminum plate curtain wall
The surface of the single aluminum plate curtain wall is generally
chromized and then experienced fluorine-carbon spray coating.
Polyvinylidene fluoride resin (KANAR500) of the Fluorine carbon
coating finish paint and the varnish is normally divided into
2nd coating, 3rd coating or 4th coating. Fluorine carbon coating
has outstanding anti corrosive properties and weathering resistance,
resisting acid rain, salt fog and various air contaminants,
having good performance of thermal and cold endurance, resisting
strongultraviolet irradiation, keeping no fading and chalking
for a long period, and having long service life. Our factory
chooses the high-quality fluorine carbon coating material manufacturers
known in the world PPG, DNT, AKZ0 and NIPPON and so on, wide
in color selection. Clients can directly choose in accordance
with the color plate the manufacturer offered or provide the
color sample.
3. The characteristic of single aluminum plate curtain wall
Single aluminum plate curtain wall is of light weight, high
intensity, waterproofing, anti-fouling, fireproof, anticorrosion,
good process ability, low maintenance cost and long service
life. Aluminum curtain wall single plate is processed into arc
and obforms. With its surface sprayed with various colors, forming
various beautiful patterns on the wall surface and consisting
of different visual figure with glass curtain wall etc., making
buildings with a style of more noble elegance. 4.Range
of application
Single aluminum plate curtain wall is suitable for ornamentation
of interior & external walls of various buildings, hall
appearance, column decorations, high corridor, pedestrian bridge,
covering side of elevator, balcony packing, advertising instruction
tablet and indoor obforms suspended ceiling etc. |
